An additional fee applies for sessions held before 9am and after 5pm.
Medicare Rebates
An additional fee applies for sessions held before 9am and after 5pm.
Medicare rebates of $145.25 per session, for a maximum of 10 sessions, are available for patients with a Mental Health Care Plan who see a Clinical Psychologist. Up to 40 sessions are available to eligible patients with eating disorder difficulties (to be discussed with your GP).
Medicare rebates of $98.95 are available for patients seeing a psychologist with general registration. Please bring your referral letter with you to your first appointment. For the most recent information about rebates, please contact Medicare.
Cancellation Policy/Fees
- More than 48 hours’ notice (or 2 business days): No cancellation fee will apply.
- Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice: A late cancellation fee of 50% of the full consultation fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance (no-show): A fee of 100% of the full consultation fee will be charged.
Important Conditions: Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare, private health insurance, or third-party schemes (excluding NDIS where applicable guidelines permit). Outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
