Claire holds a Master of Professional Psychology from the Cairnmiller Institute. She completed her Honours in psychology at the University of Queensland. Her research thesis examined the exposure of gambling-related advertisements to young Australians on social media. She previously worked as a Mental Health Support Worker and Lifeline Digital Crisis Support Worker.
Claire is completing the final year of a 5+1 pathway to general registration as a psychologist. She practices under the supervision of Board Approved Supervisors Thérèse Price (primary supervisor) and Dr Adèle de Jager (secondary supervisor), in line with Psychology Board of Australia requirements.
Claire sees patients with a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. She primarily employs cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
